General question on bloated stomach and severe cramping in left leg.

by purple4me, Mar 08, 2008 05:21PM
I have visited by primary doctor on a number of occasions regarding the pain and cramping in my left leg.  Sometimes the cramps are so severe especially at bedtime. I am awakend by the cramps in my upper thigh area causing severe pain.  I try to get out of bed, but each time I move, the pain gets more intense.  My doctor gave me a steriod injection and said that I had Thrombaur (sp) Bursitis. I am not taking any medication as I am highly sensitive and have allergic reactions to many medications. I have asked for an MRI but it is my understanding from my doctor that an MRI would not reveal any significant data.  What would you advise?  or suggest?

Second issue is: Digestive. I do not have bowl issues and I am trying very hard to start a regiment for exercising my stomach muscles, but my stomach is getting larger and appears more bloated.
What would you advise?  or suggest?
