Gerd and Apple Cider Vinegar

What is your opinion about apple cider vinegar with or without baking soda for treaying GERD. I heard  2 tablespoons of AVC mixed with 1/2 teaspoon of baking soda in a large glass of warm water 2 times a day for 2 weeks. Or AVC without baking soda is effective ? I already take Nexium 40 mg. 1x a day and pepcid 2x a day. Been on this regime for 5 weeks. Have some improvement ( about 50% better) no more gas and burping, but still have that pressure in sternum and esophagus.

Thanks,

When I eat an apple, it always look like stuck in the middle of my chest.

When you feel pressure in sternum and esophagus, do you feel faint or dizzy, and SOB?  Would the pressure go up to your head as well?

Everytime I eat an apple, my heartburn always seems to go away. My dad has the same results. Same with vinegar. "An apple a day keeps the doctor away" is starting to make more sense now
