Gi first visit

hey guys  i am really glad i found this  here ...  i am 24 years old  and  i have been having this pain for years ..... every time i eat  i am in more pain .... I know i have has a hernia  and olsers since i was 13 years old ....

Well I finally  told my Dr. that the pills he gave me  are not working any more (Carafate) 1Gram 6X a day

He sent me for a ultra sound  the other day.  Everythis look ok... so now  i am going to the Gi Doc.
I am kinda worried... but hopefully  we can get this under control  or fixed ....

Does any one have any suggestions  on what i can eat WITH OUT hurting ....  I am a Vegan  so i eat zero animal products .....
