Gi issues

I had my gallbladder removed 1yr and 3 months ago and I felt fine till a few months ago. I've slowly started to feel pain on the right side it started on the lower so I didn't think it was related but as time kept going by the pain is upper right and now I can hardly eat and feel like my stomach or something is on fire. I'm taking nexium,bentyl daily and it doesn't seem to help. When the pain hit it so hard to describe where it's coming from exactly because it radiates to my back so bad. I feel this pain under or around my rib cage on the right and it hurts my back. My stomach always feels full and when I eat it like gets irritated and I feel full by just having a few bits of food. I feel a little better when I lye down but it comes back I feel like my stomach or something in thats area was heavy and full and the nausea is rediculous. I had an endoscopy and I don't think it showed much. I getting frustrated because everyday I feel more incomfortable and I feel like I'm having chest pains because of my stomach being so full or whatever it is. The pain goes down to my right mid and goes to my back and lower right and goes to my back. I don't know if the lower and upper are related but it's something I dealing with. Is there anyone out there that has any suggestion? I had bloodwork but I don't have the results yet. I had a endoscolpy and I don't think it showed much I'm not sure because the Dr left and didn't talk to me. I had a CT scan and all it showed was a lot of free fluid on the right more then the left and nobody knows why. Please HELP I want to be normal again
