Giardia and tindamax question

I was diagnosed with giardia and my doctor called in tindamax for me. I was to take 4 pills with dinner tonight. I took three of the pills, and accidentally left one sitting at the table in the restaurant I ate at. By the time I had remembered that I left the pill there, they had already cleaned the table and there was no pill there. My question is this: I took 3 pills with dinner so I only got 1.5 grams of the medicine when I was supposed to take 2 grams. Will this likely still cure the giardia? I was told the cure rate was about 90% for the full 2 grams. I wondered how much lower only taking 3 of the 4 pills would make the chances of my stomach healing up? Thanks for your help.
