/SGPT is normal...
recently i've started workout and gym i spend 35 mins in trademill running and 30 mins in weight lifting
after that i feel so tired and fatigueness in whole body.. should i avoid heavy excersices??? but if i left
workout i'll not able to reduce my weight ... curretly my age is 27, height-5'10' and weight is 80 kg...
please suggest..... what type of lifestyle should I follow....
