Go to a gastro dr tomorrow and scared to death?

I have been posting questions about my problems I have been having. I am 33 and I have had an abdomen ultrasound done and also kidneys, liver, pancreas, spleen, gallbladder, bile duct and aorta ultrasound done, all was normal. I have had my blood checked 3 times in 1 year and all normal and that included h pylori and pancreas and liver functions like sgot and others for liver. All normal. Also had a vaginal ultrasound done and it was normal. I guess my family dr said i have a problem with my sciatica nerve, why I dont know. He said my symptons fit it. Well my main thing I am scared of is that I have been having blood in bowel movements, sometimes, bright red and just clinging to bowel movements, other times kinda dark maroonish in it and also maroonish clotty like. I get diarrehea often, and then sometimes regular bowel movements. My dr did a rectal exam 4 weeks ago and said from what he felt everything was normal. I do have hemorroids (hemorrhoids), he checked the very small amount of stool on his glove for blood and it was negative. I have been having the blood for over a year now and I am scared to death they will tell my colon cancer, and I have waited too long. I know you all aren't drs just hoping someone has gone thru this and had a positive outcome. I have no weight loss, i seem to gain weight. No appetite loss unless I have anxiety attack. No severe abdominal pain either. I go to dr tomorrow and I am worrying myself sick. My right upper and lower side bothers me frequently and I am taking nexium for that.

could be something like ibs or crohns,,i wouldnt worry too much about cancer,mater fact,thats the last thing id worry about!!!
your not having pain,and you have not lost weight,and you HAVE been dealing with this for awhile,so dont worry too much ok?!!
and hemorroids (hemorrhoids) do bleed you know!
bright blood is usualy like a fissure you get from frequent loose stools,ive had that too,and they pass.
please relax,find out,and rest assure youll be ok.
