HELP PLEASE I CANT PASS MY STOOLS

hi im 18 and ive been having problems passing my stools this happened about 2 months ago and still is i can pass the first stool fine but after that i find myself straining to pass again and nothing comes out and i loose the urge to go except when i stand up i get the urge to go again and i sit down really fast and still nothing i also get severe cramps in my lower left abdomen after i eat and occasionally when i dont please help I AM SCARED IT MIGHT BE COLON CANCER

Colon cancer normally arises only at or after the age of ~40.  However, I think you should seek advice but before doing so, maybe the first step is to increase the fibre content of your diet significantly by eating fresh pulverised fruit and fresh pulversied vegetables with added bran.  You can also add bran to yoghurt and other dishes.  Also drink ~2 litres of water per day.  Avoid all processed fruit and eat wholemeal brown bread too.

This may loosen up your motions.
