HELP!! asap!! Left upper to middle admn. pain??

OK so over the past week I have been to the local E.R. two times and to a local clinic once. I just recently moved so I did not have a doctor here yet, however I do have an appointment with a family Doctor on Tusday.

^FEMALE: 5'3", 143, pounds, age:23

***Medical History is 3 c-sections, 1 DNC,tubal and Knee surgery. I was anemic in my teens. I ALSO have OSTEOGENESIS IMPERFECTA type 1 ( a rare genetic bone disease ) I have also had numerious UTI, bladder and kidney infections since childhood. ( have had 3 kidney infections since April 2011 the recent one i was hospitalized for because it was getting worse and antibiotics i was on wasnt working. )

Here is a list of all of my symptoms I am not sure if all of them are connected or not.

- Middle back pain shooting up in my neck and also around into my ribs at times. ( I do have injuries to my back from a wreck and falling off a horse) ** crushed vertebrae in my middle back and a cracked one in my lower back. Also almost every single one of my ribs broken at some point.

- A feeling of being extreamly exausted. I have trouble faling asleep and trouble staying asleep. Even if I do sleep well I wake up and am still exausted. This has been going on for about a month.

-Mild swelling of my hands and feet. This has been going on for 1 week.

- Abdominal pain on my upper left side under my ribs and also in the middle between my ribs. type of pain is sharp, throbbing at times, achy. Hurts to move. I am very sensitive to applied presser in my lower abdomin (abdomen) and also very sensetive to applied pressure between my ribs in my middle abdomin (abdomen).

-My lower right side hurts off and on

-nausea

- weight gain, about 25 pounds within 2 months

-headachs almost daily that last most of the day. On both sids of my head, in the back of my head and into my neck.

- Also when I need to have a bowel movement I get severe cramps and sometimes severe pain during the BM. This has been going on for about 3 years.


******** The test I have had done are Blood tests, urin tests, and x-ray.
-The x-Ray showed I was constipated ( but I have been having regular bowel movements )
- Blood work check my cell counts and checked thyroid. All was normal except __my white blood cell count was low.
- urin was all normal.

~~~~~~ Can anyone please tell me what is wrong with me or give me any suggestions as to what tests I should have done for my upcoming appointment. ANY information would be greatly appreciated.

I am pretty positive the headaches are from my back injuries.
But my fatigue, exhaustion and abdominal pain is what has me most concerned. Is it my gall bladder, pancreas or something else???
