HELP pain in the upper abdomen through my back

I have had symptoms of chills with no fever, pain in my upper abdomen on the left side by my ribs through my back, i sometimes get nauseous with no appetite and have lost 8 pounds. i have not vomited or had any change in bowel movements. i had blood work done and everything was normal, no h pylori or anything like that. I had an ultrasound and everything was normal, I also had a HIDA scan and that was also normal. I have had a pap smear done and have no bladder infection but i do have high risk hpv. Can you please help with what I can do or if you have any ideas im getting helpless. Thank You
