If the gallbladder ejection fraction is fine, as well as the rest of the scan, then it is less likely that gallbladder disease is present.
That said, I would also consider an ultrasound or a CT scan to evaluate the
biliaryBile duct obstruction
Biliary atresia
Biliary obstruction - series
Biliary stricture
Biopsy - biliary tract
Gallbladder disease
Gallbladder radionuclide scan
Primary biliary cirrhosis ducts and ensure they are not
enlargedEnlarged adenoids
Enlarged prostate or constricted. If so, an MRCP or
ERCP would need to be performed.
