Had Gall Bladder removed

Had Gall Bladder removed

I had to have my gall bladder removed on December 14th. I am still bloated from it and find that I am so tired throughout the day that I have NO energy whatsoever to do anything.  I lost about 10 pounds the first 2 weeks due to the fact that I couldn't eat anything except for soup, pretzels, ice cream and jello.  Well I started to eat regularly--MINUS fried foods and junk but now I'm gaining weight again.  How is this possible?  I do take 10 mg of Lexapro per day.  Can that be why?  Is there a different medication that I can take for depression besides that if that is the cause of my weight gain?  I don't drink any soda anymore so what's the deal?

Also, what kind of multivitamins would you recommend I take?  I have constant heartburn after I eat and meals are very small.  Any advice? Thanks so much--I'm desperate!

I lost then put on weight too, after my 12/5/08 surgery.  It's frustrating because I never ate fried foods or junk foods.  I do have energy back though and am able to do mild exercising, like walking.  The weight isn't budging but I at least I feel better and it has helped with the heartburn and digestion issues.

I'm trying not to feel overwhelmed with the weight issue.  I know for me, when I feel down about it It's harder to stay on top of it.

Best wishes.
