Had Gallbladder removed 7 days ago

HI!  I am a 24 yo female who is overweight, have a Hiatal Hernia, Gastritis, Acid Reflux and Asthma.
Last Monday (March 22nd) I had my Gallbladder removed due to 6 years of extreme pain that has put me in the ER many times!  I was doing pretty good for the first 6 days after surgery besides the typical side effects and it was treated with pain medication and sleep. All weekend I have only taken pain medications once a day.  Yesterday I didn't sleep much and didn't take any pain killers to see if I could manage without them and I started noticing some pain that didn't feel right to me.  I have been feeling extreme, sharp, piercing pain in my upper right quadrant of my abdomen that kind of wraps around to my side.   I was wondering if I should move up my follow up appointment to today or if it will be okay to wait until my appointment at the end of the week.  I have been googling possible problems and it's all got me pretty freaked out.  I am not sure if my pain is in my Bile duct, liver, or kidneys.. Kidney stones I know I can deal with... been there before.. but I am really freaked out aout Bile Stones and needing another surgery!
