Had a whipple done

I had a whipple procedure done in 1978, due to a fibroid tumor on the head of my pancreas.  Some on had asked about the what they take out and why.  What is removed with this procedure is, the head of the pancreas part of the stomach, part of the small intestine, duodenum, duodenal, common bile duct, and my gall bladder.  The bladder was removed due to gall stones which was the reason they originally did the surgery.  I am fine I was 21 years old at the time and am no over 50.  They generally do this type of surgery for pancreatic cancer.  If this is the case it is usually a last resort and does not have much success.  I have to check my sugars on a regular basis, and am on the pancreatic transplant list, because eventually my pancreas will become overtaxed and die off.  I currently have to take an enzyme supplement to help my pancreas since I do not create enough enzymes.  Any other questions please let me know.  The work part was no more greasy pizza. or other foods high in grease content.

I have never been given advice on what i should not eat or what amount or which enzymes to take and when to take them etc no doctor will commit to advice or just do not know. What kind of amount (mg) do you take and diet to you have and do you get bloating or regular pains of any kind? I would be grateful of any knowledge or advice you could give me. Thanks
