Hard lump below last rib on left side

I have a hard lump below the last rib on my left side that has been there for a while, it's only really visible if I lie down or bend over but when I do, it pops/moves. Its hard and only moves inwards slightly if pushed.

I've also been constantly feeling hungry even once I've eaten, the pulse in my stomach is stronger/more visible than normal and I've been feeling slightly sick.

Hmmm, any other symptoms? Fever? Nausea? If you develop any of thse you should definitely get it checked out specially since you said you feel the pulse harder and such.
