First of all, what's your regularRegular insulin diet look like? And how much fiber and water are you taking in a day? Sounds like something you ate/drank has done a number on your stomach, which should answer your question that this is not normal. Try taking it easy for the next few days with your food:
* Avoid animal fats, or excessive fats, for that matter (ESPECIALLY fried foods) and alcohol, and get off the Dulcolax.
* Eat lots of fruits (especially berries and bananas) and vegetables, and keep you grains whole (like good quality whole wheat bread, the heavier the better).
* For proteins, nuts, eggs, fish, and white skinless chicken, though again, animal should be avoided.
* And drink at least 1oz of water (not soda or even juice) for every 2 pounds of body weight.
Keep this up for about a week (or better yet, two) then start reintroducing meats and getting back to your usual. During this time, also make it a point to exercise at least 30 minutes a day, preferably an hour, split up into two 30-minute sessions.
If things are still weird after a while, or if you start noticing other changes (like bleeding) get to a doc.

Good luck.
