Has anyone had Biliary Dyskinesia (HIDA Scan EF 6%) w/ Cholecystectomy and NO relief?

I am a 36 yo female with a diagnosis of Biliary Dyskinesia with a HIDA Scan EF 6%.  I had moderate cramping with the CCK injection.  My LFTs, pancreatic enzymes, etc are all normal.  I do have a history of GERD and on Zegerid since no other PPI, etc helped.  Pelvic US negative, EGD only shows microscopic esosphogitis. Sigmoidoscopy negative.  I do not have the typical RUQ pain.  Many meals cause a burning in my epigastric region, incredible bloating, and flatulence - but not always.  Only a few times I have had pain, but feels more like my liver is on fire with significant intestinal cramping.  I am concerned that the bloating and gas will not go away with surgery.  I can get so bloated that people have asked me how far along I am in my pregnancy.  I am not pregnant.  I am 5'4", 118lbs, BMI 20.  Very thin, body fat 15%.  Of note I had severe pain 10 yrs ago that sent me to the ER many times.  Gallbladder US negative, barium follow-through negative, EGD at that time negative.  Pain went away, and I forgot about it until recent symptoms.  Anyone else with similar symtoms (symptoms)? Anyone not get relief from surgery?

Have you looked into celiacs disease? That sounds like a lot of your symptoms.
