I only know of two doctors that perform this......Dr. Peter Thomas in Arizona and Dr. Max Ali in Michigan. Dr. Ali is now deceased. So, I am thinking about traveling to Arizona but I need to know if it is worth it. I have looked at all of the studies and some say laser is better, some say it is the same as conventional. Also, with Dr. Thomas there are no restrictions as far as lifting or working out, just do what you feel like doing. That is great for people with small children. So far I have found that 98% of patients are back to work in a week or less, they only take pain meds for 3-5 days, most are okay as far as pain goes the next day or two, and BM are only painful
for the first few. Both of the doctors used to do conventional and went to this because it was easier for doctor and patient. Apparantly they seal the raw mucosal edges so therefore it is a closed procedure. Any info would be great about your recovery
