Haven't had normal bowel movements since December

Hello,

I have been concerned about my morning bowel movements since December. Every morning I wake up, I have the urge to go, and what comes out is 99% lose stool, mushy and misshapen. Today I had what could be considered Steatorrhea (fatty smelly stoool). Rarely is my stool all watery or normal. It always hovers around in this misshapen loosey category. I have tried probiotics and IBS relief OTC meds, which work for a little but then I am back to every morning once a morning of loose bowels. I also have stomach rumbling throughout the day (which was worse and now is better, but the stools remain unchanged). I also should note while I am concerned about malabsorption, I really haven't been losing weight but my weight stays about the same, and have gained some.

My initial concern was an protected sexual encounter with a CSW 3 years ago, and HIV came to mind but Drs on this forum inform me that my risk was no risk. What other diseases can be causing this all of a sudden? Like I said up until about December my bowel movements have always been usual. Could this be poor diet or exercise? Has anyone here experienced anything similar?

Thanks very much
