Heavy, full feeling in throat

I have had constant issues with gas and burping for years.....I have IBS and frequent upset stomach.  I now have a full heavy feeling in my throat that comes and goes.....the easiet way to describe it is that is feels like I need to belch, but cannot.  Even if I do belch, there is no relief.  What could this all mean and do I need to get to a doc???

It truly sounds to me as possible a throid nodule/goiter.  I would have a thyroid profile done (lab work).  I had the same feeling, it felt like a meatball was always stuck and ended up being thyroid nodule.

speak to your internal medicine doctor.
