Help!!!!!!

Hi
For the past 4 5 months I have been having pain in my right side under rib and lower abdominal pain. Dizzyness & nausea also, I thought it was caused my mirena coil so had it removed.
Been for all kinds of tests. Bloods. Urine. Ultrasounds and now more test nothing has come up
Just wondering has anyone felt like this
Sometimes of a night I feel like am not going to wake up. I have a 7 month old to so am always on go
Try drinking water but nothing helps

Been reading posts. Looks like gallstones ? Or they think pelvic inflammatory disease

could be gallbladder issues. i would go for HIDA scan and gastric emptying test.
But dont rule out food allergy/sensitivity. MRT leap test may be a good option for you.
Try eliminating gluten, dairy, fast food, highly acidic foods. and see if that helps any
