Help. Gallbladder or ulcers?

Help. Gallbladder or ulcers?

I've been on a medical journey of sorts for the past year. My doctor sent me to a surgeon who is sending me to a G.I. Specialist now, because no one can figure out what's wrong. So I'm looking for your thoughts on what it could be. Here's info
Female, 22. Average weight and height. Last march I went to the er with acute, severe vomiting and dehydration. I've been admitted with this 5 times since. As of 4 months ago I started getting severe abdominal pain (upper ) and pain in my mid back. Ive had low potassium when tested. Lost 40 pounds overall, and can Barely eat. I've had 2 normal gallbladder ultrasounds, hida scan normal( 40% ejection rate). 3 normal abdominal xrays, and a normal endoscopy (was on first er visit).
Omeprazole and ratitdine don't help with pain. Taking reglan for nausea and vomiting.

My family doctor thinks my gallbladder is diseased, but my general surgeon thinks it may be ulcers or something else. What's your guess?

Welcome to the gastroenterology community!  Because all of your gallbladder tests were normal, I think it is very unlikely that you have a problem with your gallbladder.  I think it would be a good idea to see a gastroenterologist about this to discuss other possibilities for what is going on.
