Help Please is it still coming back to gallstones

Hi, i needed to go to the GP so booked a appointment but nearest slot is the 12 April, i really need some info please. 10 years ago i had suffered from gallstones so the doctors took my gallbladder out and i was great but last September i was in really terrible pain in stomach, swelling up, headaches and bad yellow diarrhea.

Went to the hospital and found out my ducks was swollen very bad and that it was a roaming stone, did all kinds of test like xrays MRI etc but couldn't found it so the doctors gave me some pills that flush my system out. I felt great again but last Saturday after shopping i came home and had a very bad headache, Sunday was worse i can't get rid of the headache, i have yellow water like diarrhea, pains in my sides and for the first time ever i cry for no reason at it, i don't feel depressed but always crying i have been like this for 5 days now.

Do you think it has anything to do with the gallstone or is is a virus or something please i need any info i can get, i have been taking painkillers and drinking well but don't feel like eating anything, now and again i fell sick but haven't.
