Help!!!! chest pains from GERD

Hi. I have been having chest pains in the past months and was recently diagnosed with GERD as my cardio tests all came back negative for a heart disease. I just want to ask if GERD could also cause left arm pain, dizziness and shortness of breath. I have been feeling those three every time i have chest pains. Oh btw the chest pains is like sort of tightness in the center of my chest. I just want to know if those are normal symptoms for those with GERD. thanks

Please look in Gastroenterology Community for Reflux Esophagitis and at least one other recent title regarding Reflux.  

Your symptoms do sound like reflux esophagitis.  You will see from the cites mentioned here that it can, if serious, affect the steadiness of your heart.
