Help do I have PBC or Autoimmune Hepatitis

Can you please help me understand this please?? I have called my PCP asking that I have a liver biopsy done and she has yet to call me back, also I was seeing a GI doctor about a year ago and he did an different type of Endoscopy on me were I was laying on my stomach and checked out my bile ducts to see if I had a blockage (mo blockage) and said I had Gastro pareses. No care after that and didn't seem to be very concerned or helpful.

I thought I would type out what my blood work actually says:
"Although the specimen was positive for Anti-Nuclear Antibodies (ANA), the presence of Cytoplasm Fluorescence was noted on the Hep-2 Slide. Other reactivities  (E.G., Anti-Mitochondrial Antibodies or Anti-Smooth Muscle Antibodies) May be responsible for this Fluorescence."

I had Hepatitis A about 25 years ago and had my gallbladder removed 22 years ago, and in dec. of 07 my alk phosphate level was 178 and in June 08 it was 122, I also have ANA positive result 1:40, ANA Pattern speckled not sure what all this means, but I hurt so bad on my right side just below my rib cage and my stomach often gets distended, I also have had itching problems mostly on the bottoms of my feet and in my hands and I am not very active due to lack of energy, I sleep through the weekend just to make it through the week. When I was 18 I had hepitis A if that helps at all. Last year I was also told I had Gastro pareses Please help me to determine which kind of doctor I need to see. I am worried I my have PBC or Autoimmune Hepatitis.
One more thing I get real confused at times and I have bouts of vomiting and it is all bile (yellow stuff) that comes out.
Thank you very much!!

Is 1:40 ANA considered positive?  Double-check that.  Itching (pruritis) can be caused by elevated bile salts (also called bile acid).  The blood test for bile salts is not part of the usual liver panel blood work, so ask your doctor to specficially order that test.  Questran is a powder you mix with water; it binds to the fats in your bloodstream and causes the fats to be passed through your bowel movements.  I'm going through some weird liver stuff and am just learning all this.  About 90% of people with PBC has a positive anti mitochondrial antibody (AMA) blood test.  Try that.  I had the blood test yesterday and am waiting on the results.
