Help for Thomas

My son is two and a half years old.  He is in the 75th percentile for height and 30th for weight.  He suffers from chronic, foul, sticky, explosive bowel movements.  He eats only 500 calories a day and is always thirsty.  He has severe pain, especially at night, directly above his belly button, preventing him from sleeping through the night.  He has had this issue since he was fourteen months old.  Often he will have four to seven bowel movements a day.  Most recently, his toe and finger nails have started peeling off and growing back ingrown.  He has been tested for celiac, cf, billiary atrusia, inflammatory disease, allergies, autoimmune disorders and so on.  He has seen a pediatrician, allergist, pediatric gastroenterologist, naturpath, and nutritionist.  I have had people suggest recently that he may have a pancreas issue?  Does this sound accurate?

If they haven't checked already, might want to see if he's got some kind of anemia.
