Help me Please!!

Hi there!!, about a couple years ago i noticed a growth in my upper abdominal region and found I didn't really enjoy eating very much. About a year ago I noticed after smoking a cigarette i would feel nautious for more than 20 mins after wards so i quit for a while untill the lump started to cause me pain.. Over time it has grown to the point where anything (other than tranquilzers and painkillers/prevacid) will make me feel like throwing up (wave of nausea mild to moderate) and sometimes I get hiccups and almost like a "croak" from within my esoghagus (like a tightening). When my stomach empties there is alot of noise and MORE growths that move from and around the area (apparent lump) almost with the muscles that assist with motiltity, and not to mention pain!.  I am working with the doctor with this, and attending school while we try to figure this out. I have an abdominal ct scan sched for around the end of this month so they can take a "look" but my gasteroenteroligist tried to tell me I have "dispepsia" a scope was done and a gastric empyting study with "normal results" Can someone out there relate and help please! thank you very much at least for reading about my dilemma
