Help me please~!

hi... Im 21 years old.... i just had my first child 18 months ago, by c-section...... since then, a have been experiecing symptoms that have recently gotten really bad!  I feel bloated, gassy alll the time!!!!  I feel as i get sooo bloated that it is very hard for me to catch a full breathe..... i feel as something is hanging out in my chest and blocking my windpipe at time,  i can hardly eat anything without making it extremly hard to catch a deep breathe.... i have seen a doc several times, i also deal with extreme anxiety, which the doc has told me that my problems were from IBS, which I SERIOUSLY dont think that they should be this bad or have gotten this bad!!! im sooooo miserable, I can drink just water and get the hiccups..... i dont really have bad pain anywhere, but i do have twitches inside, below both my rib cages through to my back(by my shoulder blades) could this be gas?......   After i eat, i feel as though i cant breathe right, and it throws me into a panic...... could i have  bad gallbladder????  i take gas-x alllll the time, and i feel as it relieves me at time, but other time it doesnt, just recently its soooo bad when i breathe in and out(after eating) i can put my hand on my chest and feel a whezzing, movement in my chest(near the left side, wierd!!!) im sooooo miseralble, and cant eat hardly anything,. I dont have insurance, so it is hard for me to just keep going to the doc over over over, does anyone know of what this might me'? some people have told me galllbladder or spleen?  any ideas?????  I dont have insurance so it is really hard (money wise) to keep going to the doctor all the time

I had seen 3 diff. docs..... both were family docs.  the first one ran test on my like (h'palord) or however you spell it, and she also prescribed ZEGERID for me, which didnt help......  I have tried over the counter meds, like tums, rolaids, and zantac, but as far as the gassy, bloating feel, that is causing me not to be able to eat, they dont seem to help.....  yeah i totally agree with cop-out, on the 2nd doc, i would have stayed with the 1st one atleast she was running test to try and see what it was, she did say she thought it was GERD, but can that cause you to be gassy and bloat and hard to breathe??.....  well the only reason i seen the 2nd doc, is cause my insurance went out, so i really had no choice, to pay all of that would be far to expensive for me.  I can only keep going back, but I DEF. dont think this is IBS, like you said...... Thank you soooo much for you input, I will def. try the prilosec( it wont hurt to try and find some relieve, since the doc cant do anything for me ehh..) although i did make another appt with that doc, and gonna try one more time with him, and tell him i seriously dont think it is IBS, maybe he can run some tests or even better refere me, but even that i dont get to go till the end of next month (long time to feel this way) it has been over a year since he told me it was IBS, and things haven gotten way worse since then

Are you seeing a family doctor?  You need to see a gastroenterologist.  Frankly, that IBS diagnosis is a cop-out, so ditch that doctor.  He's obviously not going to get anywhere.  It could be so many different things, but your worst symptoms sound like reflux.  Have you tried Prilosec over-the-counter?  It should do a better job than the gas-x while you're looking for answers.
