Those certainly are concerning numbers. Possible causes (amongst others) can include liver toxicity - with medications and alcohol,
congestiveHeart failure
Left-sided heart failure
Right-sided heart failure heart failure, hepatitis, or gallbadder disease
At this time, I would consider blood tests looking for hepatitis, as well as a liver ultrasound.
Serial measurements should be done to ensure the values aren't rising. If they are, a liver biopsy can be considered.
