Help with diagnosis

I've been seen by surgeons and GI specialists and no one can seem to figure out what is going on.
Currently I have flare up symptoms of nausea, deep diffuse abdominal pain (at times more painful under left rib and around umbilicus where had previous surgeries), and sluggish motility.  I'm okay for a few days and then am incapacitated for a few days on and off throughout a week.  I'm 10 weeks post surgery and have experienced these symptoms since my 2nd week post-op.  My surgery included a lysis of adhesions around the umbilicus and a hysterectomy (kept my ovaries).  The surgery revealed mild edometriosis.

History:  2 years ago I had 3 surgeries.

1. Appendectomy and umbilical hernia repair (appendix were gangrenous)
2. Exploratory surgery that revealed incarcerated omentum
3. Exploratory surgery that revealed a torn fascia

MRI, CT scans and bloodwork reveal nothing!!  I've lost over 20 lbs since my surgery.  On days that I am symptomatic, I have difficulty eating anything and even drinking can be challenging.  It will immediately send a cramping sensation and increase nausea.

Any ideas? Suggestions?  I have my doctors completely baffled.

I'm so sorry you're having such a hard time.  A lot of us here have similar issues. :(

All I can say is keep at it-- push your doctors to keep testing and looking for answers as long as you think you can stand to keep doing the testing.  If they're really stumped, maybe it's time to consider a trip to Mayo.
