you can do a stool study tets and ask your doctor to test it.. it's expensive and gross but i've done it twiceTwice-a-day and they test for blood and white blood cells, you just collect a few stools and turn it into the lab.. they look for blood..bugs/parasites and all that. If you're not in pain then i'd say keep eating healthy..but for peace of mind you could ask your doctor if you can test for that.
(usually blood isn't visible..usually blood in stools is dark stools, like when you have an ulcer your stools almost go black... unless you have an fissure of some kind or tear then it's bright red, basically the closer to the exit the brighter the color..but i'm not a doctor..but yeah that's what i've heard)
