Help...Horrible pain, no one knows...

Hello, my name is Tony and I've been having the following symptoms for three weeks... It started as I was having a bowel movement one morning and during which I became intensely nauseous.  The following days it persisted but vomiting became more severe.  After a bowel movement I noticed a strong pain in my stomach which brought on the vomiting.  The pain would not stop until everything in my stomach was out, food or bile.  The bowel movement were either semi-formed or soft.

Those symptoms occurred only in the mornings within 10-20 minutes of me waking up.  Until a week ago when I became nauseous out of the blue in the evening time, which has now become a steady happening.  Bowel movements do not always precede the evening sickness however.

I have been to a clinic where blood work was taken and the results that came back were all normal.  The doctor there put me on a broad spectrum antibiotic and an acid reducer just in case.  That was three days ago.  Last night I spent 5 hours in the ER getting sonograms and CT's.  The sonogram appeared to show a healthy gall bladder and the scans showed no abnormalities in any organs.

Any ideas?  Because honestly I can't afford all of this.
Thanks.

Well, the first thought is gastritis. If you feel bloated, nauseated, you burp and have hearburn (or anything from this), it may be due to H. pylori.

No, I vomit whatever I have eaten, until my stomach is empty, however, I do on occasion vomit stomach acid in the middle of the night but I think this is due to eating something I know will cause heartburn/reflux.

When there's no gallbladder, bile constantly flows into your intestine, and it may leak back into the stomach - bile reflux. Green vomits maybe?

I have been having bouts of nausea and/or  vomiting during bowel movements which usually happens in the morning but has also happened in the evening as well. In addition, occasionally in the evening the vomiting precedes the bowel movement. The only consistent factor is that I have eaten recently, it does not seem to matter what I have ate or drank. I also have stomach pain/cramps prior to these episodes.

I had my gall bladder removed two years ago due to gallstones and the same doctor suggested I had Irritable Bowel Syndrome but the vomiting contradicts that diagnosis. I had an upper GI done a year ago and besides some minor irritation it was normal.

Bloating, acid reflux (hearburn), burping?

If yes, have a breath test for H. pylori bacteria infection of stomach. It's easy non-invasive test.
