Hemorrhoids!!

Don't know if I'm in the right forum but somebody please enlighten me. I've had rectal bleeding on and off for years now.  Doctors say I have hemorrhoids which I know. Kind of gross but I had a bowel movement that must have been the size of a canon because it gave me a lot of trouble getting it out and must have ripped something because now I'm bleeding, not profusely but it is kind of leaking out. Not constantly but its there when I wipe even when I don't go. Right after I was done having the bowel movement the hemmorrhoid showed itself and it was huge!! It came out but went back in when I was done. I just put in a preparation H suppository. Does any body have any comments or suggestions on how serious this could be or what I should do?

My husband suffers from terrible constipation and hemorrhoids of which he has had to put up with for years now his condition is very much like yours.
I was just wondering if yours maybe caused by any medication you might be using as that is th cause of my husband's.Helcat.

No I dont think its caused by meds. I have four kids and I think thats what probably did it. What kind of meds does he take?
Does he bleed too? Has he gotten it checked out? Its so scarey.
