Hepititus-c

My boyfriend has Hepititus c and he needs a liver transplant,he has no insurance and he was taken off of the Liver transplant list. He has Fibrosis and Cyrosis. He pees blood everyday.His feet within the past week has started swelling up.How long can he live for. Is there any place he can go to for a transplant,without Medical Insurance for a transplant?Is there anyone who can help him?How long can he live like this?And is Irratability,and depression symptoms of the illness?I love him with all of my heart,there has to be someone who can help him! Wright? He also has a rare blood type,and it is hard to get blood for him.
