Hi This Is Xavier, I have had Undigested Food Stuff In my stool or tarry stools
Diarrhea,though there is no pain but i'm loosing my health,I consulted with doctor after taking Omeprozole 20mg,I felt buzzure sound in my left ear, I stopped the medicine again I'm feeling that my digestion is not good.

How old are you?  In general the more sinister intestinal diseases only appear at age ~40.  However, black tarry stools (medical name "melena" - you may want to google/yahoo it to find out more) should always be investigated since they are not normal.  I suggest that you insist on an endoscopy and a colonoscopy as the most comprehensive test.
