Hiatal hernia MVP

Hi, I thought I might find some info on this problem I have had to deal with over theses many years. It seem to get worse as time goes by. .
I am a 53 year old male, active, usually hike 3 miles a day. I have been diagnosed with a panic disorder years ago, and have experienced panic attacks and other typical symptoms of anxiety since 1980, but have it pretty much under some kind of control throug meditation and bio feedbadk ect. . I have had every test done (for the heart) several times over, and everything has always been negative except Pac's and some Pvc's once in a wile. And I have a slight thickening of the MV...
My problem is that in the last couple of years, when I go to lift heavy weight or twist wile lifting a box or something, I seem to get suddenly jittery after lifting the weight, and my heart rate spikes and I get dizzy then I stop and it goes away after I stop  what Im doing. Gas and burps follow in a restricted fashion. It does feel as if too much adrenaline is being put out by my body. I don't feel this when I hike. It seems to hit when I bend over and lift something, or try to pull on a boat line or something. (I live in a Marine) I do suffer from a hiatal hernia and IBS. I have had heart work ups and nothing ever showed up.

Can you guid me to someone or something that could help. It can take over many days and demand total attention.

It's a nerve response. Your parasympathetic nervous system get excited, what leads to arterial dilatation and subsequent blood pressure fall and dizziness. By the same nerves, the gut muscles are excited, from here burps and gas.

Your mind and your body may disagree what's appropriate at certain occassions. You want to get into action but the body doesn't want. Or, you THINK you want, but you actually don't want.
