Hiatal hernia in correlattion with PPH

I was recently diagnosed with mild PPH through an echo testing the pressure was 32.  I had a CT because of a chronic cough the CT was normal but showed I have a Hiatal Hernia 4.5cm. Am wondering of this could cause PPH. Two Years ago there was no pph there.  Since that testing two years ago I was put on Vyvanse 60 mg. which i took for 1 year. thats when i had a routine echo it showed this pph elevation . The doctor took me off Vyvanse and put me on a cacium channel blocker drug exforge 160 with a HTC water pill 25mg. once a day I was already on Diovan HCT . My blood pressure runs 117/70. Could the hiatal hernia becausing the PPH?

I have a hiatal hernia as well and have developed breathing problems. I am wondering whether you were able to find the reason for your PPH? Did you have any symptoms that pointed towards PPH?
