High ALT Level 107

I am 52, I am Obese, aprox 90 pds overweight, I know I need to loose weight. I had my general checkup this week and my doctor order labs. My ALT came back high (107). I am really scared about what this could mean. I will be doing more lab work this week. Can you tell me what I may be in store for. I have had the tests in the past they have always been in the teens (5-14).
