High ALT and GAMA GT

Dear Doctor,
I have seen many discussions about isolated ALT elevations and very confuse about it. In my case I have Gilbert Syndrome and since 1999 my ALT is elevated (median=70) without AST, Prothombin time, Alkalyne phosfatase, Albumin, Gama Globulin, antimitochondrial and ASMA normal. In addiction Hepatitis screening (A, B and C) negative, Cooper, Iron, Transferrin, Cerulosplamin, alphafetoprotein and yearly liver ultrassound also normals. My phisician has told me that this levels are my normal. I don't think its normal because I had a mild liver injury due to medications. Can u help me with your expertise? Any ideas?
Thank u for your help
