Thanks to everyone.. I Have no pain in the upper left side just the right.. I have no sore throat my WBC were only mildy elevated and have been for about 4 years anywhere between 12 and 13 and they should be 11 they've never been higher than that I went to a blood doctor about 2 years ago and had alot of blood work done said there was nothing to be worried about. Been to a GI around the same time my liver enzymes were elevated then too, he said he wanted to watch them and ive never been back to see him.. I'm just worried my fatty liver might have turned into something way worse!! Thanks for everyones support it really helps me calm down... It's hard to even go to work I'm so depressed but dont want anymore medication that could harm me more. Thanks again..

i would agree- mostly likely a ct scan would pick up a mass or tumor on the liver. liver cancer in someone your age is extremly rare. you said something about high white blood cells- that can be an indication of an infection somewhere in the body unless the count was through the roof- do you have any other symptoms besides the pain and fatigue ie sore throat pain in your upper left side? because high liver counts can also be a sign of mono- i had that about 3 years ago and my liver counts were all over the place. you know how your body is feeling- if you feel something is wrong follow up with a doctor and until you know, i would advise to stay away from alcohol- keep us posted

Thanks for the reply, I quit drinking for 2 weeks then 4th of july 3 days ago I cut loose!! Now the pain is worse in my shoulders when I inhale then in my right upper quadrent... I dont know what to do I am a hypochondriac anyways so I freak out then last night at the thought of liver cancer and dieng in 2 months I had a panic attack.... I was on Cymbalta for 2 years after being on that was when I really felt the pain.. and I drank like a fish on that and think I probably did permanent damage.. I would drink till i blacked out I used to start drinking at about 5 p.m and drink till noon the next day, and not remember any of it. and not just beer I was a sucker for jagermeister and red bull... I gained 60 pounds during this little escapade.. Sory so long i was venting about how much of an idiot i was at the age of 18 thru present (21)

I think the chances of cancer are slim, but fatty liver itself can cause discomfort. Have you stopped drinking 100%?  Because once you have fatty liver, it's a slippery slope to more advanced liver issues like cirrhosis. Also, make sure you're tested for Hepatitis A, B and C which are still more culprits for liver 'pain'.

Consider having your gall bladder checked.  My gall bladder went bad and I also had that kind of pain.  Don't panic...I would imagine if you had liver cancer they would have seen it on CT scan.  Good LUCK~
