High GGT
My husband (47 age) has taken a recent blood test for an insurance policy and was rejected due to a high test number (288) on the GGPT portion of a liver test.
He doesn't drink at all, he doesn't smoke, doesn't take any medication,he lives very healthy life and his GGT has been high for over 2 yrs now.
His ALT is 41 and AST is 25. He has visited our family dr. and a specialist so many times for these 2 yrs, but they couldn't
find anything that couses the high GGT.
Your advise will be deeply appreciated.
