High Level of Lipase.

High Level of Lipase.

I'm a 45 years women in a good heath condition.
Yesterday I was admitted to the ER with symptoms as nausea, vomiting, blotted & lower right back pain irradiating to the lower right belly (between the ovaries & the bladder).  A CT scan was ordered to overruled Appendicitis which cake back negative. The blood work didn't show much except for the following:
Urine test negative
MCHC 32.8
Lipase 335
RDW 15.2
Potassium/Plasma 3.4
Chloride/Plasma 96
CO2 Content 35
Calcium/Plasma 8.5
Lipase 335
The other result are normals.
What do you think is wrong with me?

elevated lipase would be your pancreas,,,or possibly liver....sounds more like pancreas issues.
