High Urobilinogen

My 8 yr old nephew suddenly developed a headache which only lasted one day and a high fever ( 102+) for $ days now. His primary doctor did a urinalysis which showed an elevated urobilinogen (12). We went to the ER the next day but the ER doctor did no lab test. Upon physical exam, she said it was a viral infection and just keep giving tylenol for the fever. We're concerned with the high urobilinogen level. Should we be?
