To answer your questions:
1) Many drugs can raise the liver enzymes. However, the medications you mentioned are not common culprits, but still possible.
2) There is no defined rise in AST - the sensitivity would vary from patient to patient. It is certainly possible that 3 glasses of wine can raise your AST.
Further evaluation of the liver can be done with an ultrasound as well as blood tests for hepatitis.
