Hives and elevated SGOT SGPT

I have had a bad episode of hives from head to toe lasting 11 days so far. I have been prescribed Allegra which is pretty well treating the hives but I had blood work done showing elevated SGOT 105 and SGPT 169. I also have had a lot of indigestion/ bloating.
Could this be a liver problem causing the bad hives? I am having tests done to rule out mono and hepatitis.
