Hoping for answers!!

I have a hypoactive thyroid.  Diagnosed in 2001.  I take 90mg Armour thyroid 3 xs daily, plus 25mg Cytomel.  I have pitting edema in my legs which has gotten worse.  If the lasix does help, its minimal, still deep pitting.  To the average person, I don't look overweight.  I am 5'9 175lbs.  I was 163 - 1 month ago.  I have gained 10 plus pounds in a month. I eat well.   I went to endo Dr.  He says thryoid levels are okay. He says I am vitamin D deficient.  He prescribes 50000mg dose once a week for 3 months and tells me we will recheck.  He offers no advise as to what causes the D deficiency.  Meanwhile...I am mostly constipated with a few times of relief.  If I take a laxative, it is mostly dark water and lots of cramps.  My normal poop is the color of light kahki or light tan.  Has been for over a month or two.  When I go, I still feel like I need to go.  I look like I am 6-7months pregnant.  (No, I'm not!)  I am swollen up to the point that I feel out of breath when I sit.  Under my right rib cage feels pressure when I take a deep breath.  If I push, it will make me feel nauseas.  I am always tired.  I cry because I feel sooo tired.  I eat very good.  Most of the time, I can't eat like I should because I feel so freaking bloated.  I make myself exercise.  I ride a bike for 30minutes at least 4 days a week.  I am not going to give up on myself!   I don't enjoy feeling bad.  I do have an appointment with an Gasto doc this week.  I appreciate any advise or good questions to ask.  Thanks to all who care.
