Hot Flashes / Faintness / Dizziness / Nausea after Eating

For the past couple days the amount of time I have been able to sleep has been decreasing. For whatever reason, my body wont sleep for more than what was first 8 hours then 7 now about 6 1/2. Over the past couple days, after about 1 meal out of the ~3 I eat each day I suddenly am overcome by feeling faint, dizzy, nauseous and grossly overheated. I am a 19 year old white female.

Im debating wether or not I should go to the doctor [I probobly will go] what could be going on?

I am experiencing symptoms almost identical to yours. I am a 20 year old female and it seems after everytime I eat I am feeling very ill and dizzy and get major hot flashes. I have already lost 20 lbs just from being scared to eat due to symptoms and don't want to lose anymore.
I was also diagnosed with GERD a few years ago and have been bouncing back and forth on medication from that.

Go see the doctor. All of those symptoms seem very vague and could mean several different things.
