How do you know if it's the stomach or the Digestive tract?

My left side feels so bloated, I almost feel like I'm gonna pop.

It goes all the way down to my lower Abdomen on the left side and comes up to my ribs.

If you have problems with your stomach then what are the symptoms?

I have no acid reflux, no nausea. My appetite is fine.

I mean I just don't know. I do know it feels bloated all on my left side a little ablove my belly button but on the left side.

All tests have been negative (CT scan, ultrasounds, colonoscopy,  blood work) I just has gall bladder removed, but I had these symptoms before the surgery.

The surgeon said he looked around on my left side and did not see anything out of the ordinary and seemed confused about it.

I got people telling me this is all stress related and it's all in my head.

I'm constantly rubbing my side and my lower ribs and my ribs on my side.

I'm on the verge of a nervous breakdown because I can't seem to get a doctor to help me.

Can anyone here give me some advice or where to go from here?

Well, the stomach is on the left side just under the rib cage, then goes down and over to just above the belly button.  BUT part of the large intestine coils across under the stomach just slightly above where the belly button is.  To doublecheck me, get an anatomy picture or illustration of the "abdominal cavity" in Google.

You most likely have gas.  It can hurt something awful when it's in the tummy, and it can also get stuck in the bowels.  So, try taking some Alka Seltzer to dispel the gas, and since you had an operation recently, they usually give antibiotics for that, and that can kill off both good and bad bacteria, so you can try drinking Acidophilus milk or eating Activia yogurt for two weeks, and it'll restore the normal flora of your guts.

The only other thing it could be is an ulcer or possibly the pancreas, but if the docs have checked you out for anything serious, I don't think so.  Could also be an infection set up in your digestive tract somewhere, they can draw blood to look for anything, if they haven't already.
