How long do ulcers last? Is the ulcer bleeding if you feel tired alot?

I have posted the results of my test below and I was wondering if this would be the reason that I always feel nausea, chest pain sometimes and feel like my throat is swelled sometimes?  Also sometimes my legs feel weak and I feel lightheaded occasionally, I thought that may be because I can't eat much (I have lost 10 lbs.)  I have been on Nexium for 2 months and Prevacid for 1 month and I still have nausea a lot of the day.  I am so tired of feeling sick and thought someone might have some suggestions.  Also I make it worse on myself from worrying that something else worse is wrong with me, I am a 25 year old male.  Thanks for your help!

Test Results:
Barium Swallow/Upper GI, Double Contrast:
Upon swallowing barium there is no obstruction to flow into or out of the stomach. The patient demonstrates unprovoked gastroesophageal reflux without associated hiatal hernia. A few shallow ulcerations are suggested in the antrum. There is a persistent filling defect in the apex of the duodenum with folds radiating toward it. No stricture or mass is seen in the esophagus, stomach, or duodenal bulb.


Impression:
Small Duodenal Ulcer. Mild Antritis.(That is what I didn't know about)  And Reflux

Thank you for your reply.  I did get tested for H Pylori about a month before I had the upper GI done, and it came back negative.  My doctor told me the ulcer was cause because my body makes to much acid, which he said is from worrying to much :-) And what's bad is being sick like this makes me worry more.  Maybe the H Pylori would show up now.  And my stools have been very light in color, and I checked my eyelids and they seem to be red so I guess that is a good sign. I am just tired of being sick all of the time and was just wondering if it was normal with this diagnosis.

This all started while we were building a house, closing on the loan, and then finally found out we were having a baby :-) so I am pretty sure this is the cause of stress and worry.  Thanks again for taking the time to listen.

Have you been tested for H Pylori?
H Pylori is a bacteria that can cause ulcers. When overgrown it irritates the lining of your stomach and intestines. It can also make you feel very sick (tired and weak). You would need antibiotics as well as the medications you are currently taking to kill the bacteria.

If you're bleeding internally, you probably would have very dark or black stools. To find out if you're anemic, pull out your bottom eye lid and see what color it is. If it's red or pink, you probably are not anemic and do not have internal bleeding. If it's pale, anemia may be causing your weakness and dizziness. You could eat iron rich foods to help that.

You can also try some acidophilus tablets. If I take 2-3 when I have lots of chest or throat pain from acid it helps relieve the pressure.
