How long to heal an ulcer

I have finished my antibiotics for H Pylori although I am still on the Carafate four times a day, and Nexium twice a day.  I have improved, but occasionally my stomach does not feel fully recovered.  Does anyone know just how long it takes to heal a stomach ulcer?

I too suffer from gastritis. It started with the use of painkillers , doctors found no infection , I was  not able to eat for 8 months. After that really bad digestion problems.

Avoid caffeine , oily foods , spices(like pepper, etc) . In my experience they make it worse.Take tylenol only for aches/pains. It is not an NSAID.

I have searched internet extensively for gastritis treatments.

I don't speak good english but vitamin A , zinc and beta carotenes are helpful.slow boil shredded ginger and mix some honey , take the tea it could help with the swelling.

4tf.com the amazing transfer factor formula boosts your immune system by 400% . pls take it seriously..

gastritis should go away early because then there is a danger of becoming it a chronic bronchitis which is very troublesome. do a google search on ayushakti usa in nyc.cossult ayurvedic doctors there about any herbs,etc...

I am also using the "SCENAR" device. do a google search on "scenar" and "scott mumby scenar" , there is lot of scientific evidence that it stimulates intense production of neuropeptides(body's own pharmacy molecules) and heal damaged cells...

Thanks for you reply.  I am feeling so miserable that I would think after the medication I should be feeling better.  Some days (rarely) are great, but 98 percent of the time I still have the gnawing and pain in my stomach.  I am calling my doctor today to see if I can get some comfort from something, as I am awake most nights with the pain.
